All class and camp enrollments are completed through our third-party registration provider, Homeroom. When enrolling, you are also agreeing to their terms and privacy policy.

Program availability, schedules, and pricing may change at any time.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payment policies, deadlines, and refund terms are provided at the time of enrollment through our registration platform or in program materials.

All program materials, curriculum content, branding, and website content are the property of Brictacular Creations and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we prioritize safety and supervision, participation in hands-on activities involves inherent risks. By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and accept those risks as outlined in your signed waiver.

Brictacular Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to website use or program participation, to the extent permitted by California law.
